A word from our president

"The Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF) was founded in 2002 by Michelle Duval Master Coach co-developer of Meta Coach Trainings System (MCTS) 2002 −2007 and Dr L Michael Hall researcher and developer of the MCTS . The foundations explicit purpose is of providing cutting edge resources and technology in the field of Coaching.

The MCF, as an international Association, holds the ethical guidelines, license and certification agreements for Meta-Coaches around the world. The MCF has a board of examiners to receive and handle complaints and work them through and a conflict resolution process. As an International organisation, members of the MCF are supported by Regional Directors and local MCF chapters and group coaching practice sessions where members can practice, share resources, engage in professional development, and network with Coaches from other coach training organizations. The MCF also supports research in the technologies of the cutting edge models of Meta-Coaching providing credibility and on going education.

The International MCF is committed to raising and managing resources for qualitative and quantitative research into the field of Coaching and the application of Neuro-Semantics® models for the field of Coaching. The vision is for the MCF to be the organization of choice in the field of human development, for coaches and leaders, where resources and cutting edge technology dedicated to advance the field through our rigorous competency based credentialing with Cognitive Behavioral and Self Actualization Education as a requirement, ethical guidelines, and a community and network of competent ethical coaches.
